Our Sponsorship Philosophy

Garden of Living Legacy is being developed as a cultural tourism destination, wellness sanctuary, and educational space that honors Hmong heritage and legacy.

We welcome sponsors whose values align with cultural preservation, peaceful gathering spaces, and community-centered development.

Types of Sponsorship

We offer:

  • Monetary Sponsorship

  • In-Kind Sponsorship (goods or professional services)

  • Event Sponsorship (future programming)

  • Founding Sponsor Opportunities

Recognition-Based Sponsorship

All sponsorships are recognition-based.

Sponsors may receive:

  • Name or company acknowledgment on sponsor displays

  • Website recognition

  • Invitations to preview or grand opening events

  • Commemorative markers (where applicable)

  • Social media acknowledgment (if agreed)

Recognition benefits correspond to the sponsorship level or fair market value of in-kind contributions.

Important Clarifications

Garden of Living Legacy is a privately owned, for-profit venture.

Sponsorship:

  • Is not a charitable donation

  • Is not tax-deductible

  • Does not confer equity or ownership

  • Does not guarantee financial return

Sponsors seeking investment opportunities must inquire separately.

In-Kind Sponsorship

We welcome contributions of:

  • Construction services

  • Landscaping services

  • Materials

  • Design services

  • Cultural craftsmanship

  • Infrastructure-related services

All in-kind arrangements must be documented in writing prior to integration into Phase 1.
