1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or completing a sponsorship transaction, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
2. Nature of the Business
Garden of Living Legacy is a privately owned, for-profit cultural and wellness destination currently in development.
Sponsorship contributions support capital development, infrastructure, cultural structures, landscaping, and program activation for Phase 1 (10–12 acres).
3. Sponsorship Disclaimer
Sponsorship is recognition-based only.
Sponsorship does NOT:
Provide equity ownership
Confer voting rights
Create partnership or joint venture status
Provide profit participation
Constitute a security or investment
Any financial projections or development plans presented on this website are forward-looking estimates and are subject to change.
4. Payments & Refunds
All sponsorship payments are final unless otherwise stated.
Refund requests may be considered only if submitted in writing within 7 days of transaction and prior to Phase 1 construction commencement.
Garden of Living Legacy reserves the right to determine refund eligibility.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, branding, logos, imagery, and designs — is the property of Garden of Living Legacy and may not be reproduced without written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Garden of Living Legacy shall not be liable for:
Construction delays
Permitting delays
Regulatory changes
Force majeure events
Indirect or consequential damages
All timelines are estimates only.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Sacramento County, California.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
